Terms of Service

These terms govern the monthly reporting brief sold by Owex Labs (“Owex Labs,” “we,” “us”) from Arlington, Virginia. By paying, you agree to them. If you are buying for an organization, you confirm you can bind that organization.

The product

For $250 per month, cancel anytime, you receive:

• One dashboard covering Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social if you connect it.
• One email on the 5th of each month: what’s good, what’s bad, and what to focus on.
• Monitoring between briefs. We contact you only if something is actually broken.

That is the product. After you pay, share Google Analytics and Search Console access with reporting@owexlabs.com so we can start. Optional social access is included only if you connect it.

What is not included

The fee does not include:

• Calls
• SEO execution
• Ads
• Twice-weekly reports
• Unlimited Q&A

We may answer a short operational question about access or the brief. That is not a consulting retainer and not unlimited Q&A.

Access you provide

You must have the right to grant us access to the properties you share. You are responsible for setting the permission level. Dashboard data is used only to produce the monthly brief and related notices when something is broken. We do not store your card numbers; Stripe processes payment.

If access is missing, delayed, or too limited, we may not be able to send a complete brief for that month. That does not extend the billing period by itself.

Fees, billing, and cancellation

The price is $250 per month. Payment is processed by Stripe. Owex Labs does not store card numbers. The charge appears on your card statement as OWEX LABS BRIEF.

You may cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future monthly charges; it does not automatically refund a month already billed. If a charge fails, we may pause the dashboard and the email until payment succeeds.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Grant access to properties you do not control or are not authorized to share.
• Use the brief as if it were legal, tax, or investment advice. It is a reporting summary.
• Resell the dashboard or email as your own product without our written okay.
• Attempt to break or overload the site or our inboxes.

Intellectual property

Owex Labs owns this website, the product name as we use it, and the format of the brief. You keep ownership of your underlying analytics and business data. You may share the monthly email inside your organization.

Disclaimers

The brief is based on the data you make available. Analytics platforms can be wrong, delayed, or incomplete. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, or any particular outcome. The service is provided as is, except where the law does not allow that disclaimer.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Owex Labs is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages. Our total liability for a claim about the brief is limited to the amount you paid us for the monthly reporting brief in the three months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits; there, they apply only as far as permitted.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. If a change is material, we will email the address we have from Stripe or from your access mail when we can. Continued payment after the effective date is acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, cancel before the next charge.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Virginia have exclusive venue, except where applicable law gives you a right to a different forum.
